Ashley Centre Surgery opened on 30 July 2021, delivering modern and accessible facilities for more than 11,000 patients across Epsom, Ewell, and Ashtead. The purpose-built medical centre was the culmination of an 18-year journey, with Primary Care Surveyors providing critical support through the final stages of delivery.

Appointed in 2016, our role began with negotiating the terms of a 20-year lease, ensuring long-term security and clarity for the practice. We then acted as monitoring surveyor throughout the development, representing the surgery in detailed negotiations on the design and layout of its 830 square metres of space. From room sizes and technical specifications to fixtures, fittings, and sockets, every element was carefully considered to meet operational needs and patient expectations.
