Adam Thompson
The Surveyor With more than 25 years' experience as a chartered surveyor in the primary care sector, Adam acts for GP practices, developers, investors, banks and pharmacy operators. His expertise spans valuations, rent reviews, investment transactions and the development of new medical centres. Previously a director at Colliers International, Adam began his career at the Valuation Office, giving him a unique insight into primary care property from every perspective.
Ian Crompton
The Commercial Broker Ian spent 43 years at Lloyds Bank, with 15 of those dedicated to healthcare. He built and led an award-winning team, recognised six times as GP Awards' Financial Advisers of the Year. Personally, he was named Most Influential Banker in Healthcare by Health Investor. Since 2019, Ian has been working independently, using his unrivalled knowledge and experience to help healthcare professionals find the best financial solutions.
