Last week was a remarkable milestone with the successful completion of two significant sales: Lockswood Surgery in Fareham and Millennium Medical Centre in Birmingham.
Lockswood Surgery, Fareham
This sale involved a private pension fund, which we’ve worked with for many years. As the pension approached its wind-up, we facilitated the sale of the asset to a private investor. The sale was completed smoothly and efficiently, marking another successful transaction for our team.
Millennium Medical Centre, Birmingham
A larger and more complex project, this sale took approximately four to five years to complete. Acting for a retired GP landlord, we facilitated a sale and leaseback arrangement. After an auction in December, the sale was finalised in February with the help of Acuitis Auctions. Despite its challenges, the successful completion of this project is a testament to our dedication and expertise.
